I originally messaged because I did not receive any funnel ears with my order. When I reached out to customer service they only sent 1. I reached out again and never heard another word. Crickets. My understanding is I need at least 4. I ordered the three month supply and if my calculations are correct I should have received at least 12 funnel ears.
