Shipping Address (Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds)
Please verify your address before completing the checkout process. If you input the incorrect address, you need to contact us immediately for address changes or cancellations.
If you contact the next day, the order will already have been processed and set to be sent to the address you’ve provided.
Tougher Than Tom does not issue refunds or returns for incorrect addresses provided.
Shipping Timeline
When you place an order with Tougher Than Tom, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with an estimated ship date. If there are any updates or changes to this ship date or any details concerning your order we will send you an email with further information.
Typically, orders ship out within 1 - 3 business days of initial order placement. If we are on backorder, our rolling ship date procedure applies.
When your order is ready to ship from one of our US warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order's progress. Our primary shipping carrier is USPS. Typically it takes 5 - 7 business days to reach your doorstep.
