Refund/Return Policy:
We have a 30-day refund policy. From your purchase date, you have 30 days to request a refund or initiate a return.
To start a refund/return, you can contact us at support@tougherthantom.com. If your request is accepted, we will issue you a refund in your original payment method at the time of purchase.
Refund Processing:
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank, credit card company, or PayPal to process and post the refund to your account (anywhere from 5-14 days).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, you received the wrong item, or you are missing parts. We will evaluate the issue and make it right!

The Mosquito TNT product requires accurate set-up and placement (you should have received instructions in your package). If you did not, contact us and we will send you a copy via email.

Multiple Products Ordered:
Please note we are accommodating on any requests for refunds on the first product you purchase in an order that you may be unhappy with. However if you order multiples of the same product we will need the other units to be returned unused in order to issue a full refund for those products.

We do not offer refunds for discount codes not applied at checkout. We will automatically issue you a gift card for the amount of the discount code that can be used towards your next purchase.

At Tougher Than Tom, we understand accidents happen. Please, verify your order is 100% correct before continuing to purchase.
Our shipment team is incredibly fast! If you do not contact immediately after you place your order to request a cancellation due to an error; there is a 90% chance the package will already have been shipped.
At that point, you are responsible for contacting support@tougherthantom.com and paying the return shipping to get the unused product back to us.
