To start the process, email us at support@tougherthantom.com. All returns must be approved before being shipped back.
Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
Ordered Multiple Items?
We honour a refund on one product type if you are not satisfied.
If you purchased more than one item, any additional units must be returned unused and unopened to be eligible for a full refund, and return shipping costs in this case are covered by the customer.

Changed Your Mind or Ordered by Mistake?
If you made a mistake during checkout or want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@tougherthantom.com.
Our team ships quickly, and once the order has been processed, it may not be possible to cancel. If your package has already shipped, you will need to receive the order and return it unused and in its original condition to receive a refund.
Return shipping costs in this case are covered by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
